Team Silverline Ventura successfully conducted a Service camp held at Mekele, Ethiopia for Piaggio 3-Wheeler. Total of 287 (81% Cargo – Diesel 19% Passenger – Petrol) vehicles were attended during this 3 days long service camp, showcasing the effectiveness of the program. The main services highlights during the camp are Free Oil & Oil Filter Replacement, Complete Vehicle Inspection, and Free Eye check-up for customers.
Services Provided during the Camp:
- Customer Awareness creation and Education which includes Oil grading, Periodic maintenance, availability of Spare parts, trained technicians available for service needs.
- Technician Training on periodic maintenance, difference between internal parts, valve clearance adjustments, Oil grades & capacity (model wise), clutch overhaul, valve clearance adjustments, One-way assembly clutch process.
