Team Silverline Ventura successfully conducted a Service camp held at Wad Madani for Piaggio 3-Wheeler. Total of 80 vehicles were attended during this 1-day service camp, showcasing the effectiveness of the program. The objectives of the camp were understanding the need of customer and building the trust.​​​

  • Customer Education (Brainstorming on Periodic Maintenance, Driving Tips, Periodic replacement of Engine Oil, specification of engine oil and gear box oil)​​​
  • On job Training (Scheduling and processing of service, oil capacity, engine tune up process, adjustment of reverse gear cable, brake bleeding process)​​
  • Resolving customer Issues​​
